English Muffins

English Muffins, made using a recipe from King Arthur Flour. These turned out really great. I used my West Bend bread machine on the dough cycle, timed for the first rise to be done just when I woke up. I shaped them, griddled them in a cast iron skillet and finished them in the oven.
